Yolanda Turocy is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager

Yolanda Turocy is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for The Capital Group, within Neuberger Berman LLC’s Private Asset Management Division.  In this capacity, Yolanda  is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management of client assets consisting of high net worth individuals and institutional portfolios.  Yolanda's investment discipline draws upon both qualitative and quantitative evaluation, with an emphasis on enhancing total return within the securities market.

 

Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Ms. Yolanda Turocy was a partner of Oscar Capital, LLC from 1999 to 2001 until certain of its assets were acquired by Neuberger Berman, LLC.

Ms. Yolanda Turocy began her career in 1978 at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Vice President in the private client area where she developed and managed both equity and fixed income assets for some of the wealthiest individuals in the United States.

 

Yolanda was awarded a BS degree, cum laude, in American Studies and graduated as an Undergraduate Scholar from case Western Reserve University in 1973.  from 1973 to 1978, Ms. Turocy performed medical research in the physiology department of case Western Reserve School of medicine while taking graduate courses at the school.  Some of Yolanda's research was published in Science Magazine.   Ms. Yolanda Turocy earned her MBA in both finance and marketing at Columbia University in 1978, where she served as Vice President of the student body.

 

Currently, Ms. Turocy is Chairman of the Leadership Council of the Roundabout Theatre Company, New York’s leading not-for-profit theatre.
